Techniques for Common Injuries: Learn a variety of specialized massage techniques, including myofascial release, anchor and stretch, nerve flossing, cross fiber friction, and dermoneuromodulation, each targeted to address specific sports-related ailments.
Integration of Anatomy and Massage: Develop the ability to integrate anatomical knowledge with practical massage applications, ensuring precise and effective treatment of sports injuries.
